RETURN & EXCHANGE:
Customers can raise a request to return a product if it differs from its description on our website or if it was defected, within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.

Exceptions:- products that have been damaged as a result of misuse, such as scratches, or the loss of some parts of the product can not be returned.
Item must be in its original box upon return, with manual and all accessories included.
Warranty refunds and exchanges require original proof of purchase.
One of our customer service representatives will contact you to confirm the return request, after completing the process of inspecting the product to ensure that it is free of defects.
The refund process begins once the returned product is agreed to match the terms of the return, and the refund is made within 14 days depending on the payment method used.
SHIPPING POLICY:
The products are delivered using companies specialized in delivering orders within the kingdom of saudi arabia within a period not exceeding seven working days, without calculating holidays and vacations, according to the policies of the shipping companies.
In the event that the order reaches the address specified by you and it is not possible to receive it, please contact customer service and set another date for the delivery of the order.
We are also pleased to inform you that the official working days are from sunday to thursday, and that delivery is not available on fridays, holidays and public holidays.
